About Pre-notification
New Terminal Operating System – Navis N4
In October 2023, The Port operation switched to Navis N4. Pre-notification in Navis is available both as an app for your smartphone or tablet and as a desktop version for your computer.
The system change requires new individual user accounts for all users. Below, you can enter your details to apply for your personal Navis pre-notification account!
Please note! All container traffic through the Central gate must be Pre-notified to enter.

Access card
To pre-notify through The Portal, a personal access card is required. If you don’t already have one, you can apply for your personal access card at Helsingborg Port Security at The Central Gate.
