About Track & Trace
New Terminal Operating System – Navis N4
We have launched Track & Trace as a portal on its own to complement the Customer Login. Via Track & Trace, you can, without logging in, search for basic information about a specific container, export booking or release.
See the Introduction below on how to work with Track & Trace!
Keep track of the units
We offer you the possibility to keep track of all units – information on each stage of the container’s journey and whether the time frames are kept. With Track & Trace, you can follow freight traffic in real time. Through wireless communication between trucks, hand-held terminals, tallymen, and The Port’s central IT system, the container information is transmitted when a physical transfer occurs. The information is published simultaneously in Track & Trace for tracing units, where you can follow and trace all containers.
